I’m sure you are not so much interested in the fact that I design handcoded, standards-compliant, accessible websites, that I use WordPress extensively for much more than just blogs and that I am stubborn enough to fiddle around with the details until the last pixel sits exactly where I want it to sit – in all the major browsers.

What you probably are interested in is what those fancy websites can do for your business. Having just any old website only because “everybody has to have one” can do more harm than good to your business’ reputation.

And it’s not only about looks, although a professional look does go a long way. A truly professional website has to take much more into account than just the polished surface. I don’t want to bore you with details about SEO, cross-browser functionality, web standards,  accessibility and all the rest.
